Perete To Enter Into And Sign A Memorandum Of Agreement By And Between The Municipal Government Of Daraga, Community Based Monitoring System(cbms) Network Team, Dilg Through The Bureau Of Blgd, The Dilg Regional Office V And The Provincial Government Of Albay, Along With 14 Municipalities Of Albay, Relative To The Goal Of Institutionalizing A Community Based Monitoring System
